I believe this has every option other than the diesel water heater system. Low mileage and garage kept. Always dried out before covered up. Very clean. This set up is perfect for containing your entire camp to the trailer and keeping your vehicle light. It has a 40 gallon fresh water system a complete hot water heater/shower that provides hot water to the sink as well. If your going to be camped for a few days and expect weather you can add 2 sail sections which keep the rear entry of the tent dry, and the front section covers the BBQ area. Full awning which is great. I use a screw peg for those legs and they don't go anywhere/ included. Includes 4 square pack clothes bags that are accessible when the tent and bed are deployed. There is also a storage door opposite of the refrigerator and inside the tent that is large enough to store a portable toilet. There is a large storage area in the rear that can hold camp chairs, fire pit, and other camp supplies. The drawer underneath can hold and protect pantry items or whatever you like. The BBQ comes with the grill plates standard but I'm including a griddle top which is all I ever used which keeps the burner below clean. There is also an aftermarket table that hangs off the side of the refridgerator next to the BBQ which is very nice for cooking. There is a stove/toaster in the kitchen which slides away when not needed. I also have a new wheel bearing kit for both wheels from Cruisemaster. They are not ready to change yet, but bought them in the event of emergency. Everything has a place in this unit and its kind of like a Swiss Army knife. I will miss it much and I'm only selling because we need to tow a boat.
